Relax and unwind at your own pace with complementary spa towel, herbal tea and water with free range of facilities including cedar wood spa, magnesium plunge pool, heated hydrotherapy spa, steam room infused with essential oils, sun deck and lounge areas

Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made online or via phone with a valid major debit/credit card. As we limit the number of people per session to ensure you have the best Bathhouse experience possible, any rescheduling must be made 48-hours prior to your Bathhouse session. Any cancellations less than this time period or no-show forfeits your full payment. There is a 24-hour cooling off period from time of your session purchase, unless your session falls on the following day from your booking. After this cooling off period no refunds can be processed.
