A storage area is provided for the safekeeping of all personal belongings in the reception area. However management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables of any kind brought onto the premises. Any lost property will be kept for 2 months and if not collected with be donated to a local charity.

Paid street parking is available on Reid street during the week/free on weekends excluding Gabba Game days.
Public transport is accessible from Woolloongabba bus station across the street.
If a driver is dropping you off please tell them to take you to the corner of Reid Street and Stanley Street then walk to the store front along Stanley Street.
The Bathhouse is within the Gabba Traffic Area which means when there is a game on at the Gabba a 15 minute drop off limit is applied to Reid Street, detailed information and parking map HERE.
All bookings must be made online or via phone with a valid major debit/credit card. As we limit the number of people per session to ensure you have the best Bathhouse experience possible, any rescheduling must be made 48-hours prior to your Bathhouse session. Any cancellations less than this time period or no-show forfeits your full payment. There is a 24-hour cooling off period from time of your session purchase, unless your session falls on the following day from your booking. After this cooling off period no refunds can be processed. Sessions may be cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed by management.
Pregnant women are always welcome to relax and enjoy the Bathhouse and its facilities. However we do advise caution with certain heated facilities such as the steam room, hydrotherapy spa and cedar wood sauna due to excessive heat.
Please seek medical advice from your healthcare specialist before booking as each pregnancy is unique.

Please be advised that we are strictly an 18 years and over venue and that the Bathhouse is not a child friendly environment. Children are not allowed at the Bathhouse for their own health and safety.
No outside food or drinks are allowed during a public session as to not disrupt other guests.
Only during a PRIVATE Bathhouse Session may you bring your own food.
