Yoga and Bathhouse Sessions

Indulge yourself in a little self care morning at the Bathhouse

Start your day with a 45 minute yoga class lead by our yoga teacher Mathilde. 

Then immerse yourself in two hours of bliss with access to all our facilities including magnesium plunge pool, steam room infused with essential oils, traditional sauna, heated spa and lounge areas. 

Complimentary water, herbal detox tea, fruit platter and pink clay face masks provided. 

Limited to 8 people per session, bookings essential.

Yoga with Mathilde

Mathilde started her yoga journey in 2014 after settling in Brisbane. She loved the physical aspect of yoga and the opportunity to slow down and connect with the present moment. With time, her practice has grown substantially and she has learned to go beyond the asanas through meditation and breath work. Beginning of 2019, she decided to emerge herself in one month intensive yoga training to deepen her practice. This experience is what set Mathilde on her current path, enabling her to share the gift of yoga with those around her. 

 

Mathilde’s classes combine movement and breath in order to reach a flow state through a moving meditation. Her classes are structured so that students challenge themselves through creative sequences while offering a serene and safe environment. Mathilde encourages her students to apply the transformative power of yoga from the mat into their daily lives.
